Twilight's Dawning has player run cities. Players can control almost every aspect of running a city from laws and taxes to enemies and allies. Each city has three leaders which deal with running the cities from day to day. The average citizen can also affect a city and take part in everything from politics, rebellion, and war.

Description: A city on the outskirts of civilization, and recently conquered by Draenor.
